Terms and Conditions (manicure and pedicure)

1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the salon operator and the customer when providing manicure and pedicure services in accordance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

By booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at the salon.

The reservation becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the salon.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling of an Appointment (Cancellation Policy)
The customer is entitled to change or cancel a reserved appointment no later than 12 hours before the start of the service.

If the appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the service begins, or if the customer fails to attend the appointment, the salon is entitled to charge a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the reserved service price.

This claim is based on Sections 1989 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (compensation for damages and loss of profit), as the salon is unable to fill the canceled appointment with another client on such short notice.
The cancellation fee does not apply if the customer cancels the original appointment and simultaneously books a new replacement appointment.

4. Late Arrival
In the event of a late arrival, the salon reserves the right to shorten the scope of the service or cancel the appointment entirely if carrying out the service would disrupt further operations.
In such a case, a cancellation fee according to Section 3 may be charged.

5. Customer’s Health Condition
The customer is obliged to inform the staff about their health condition (e.g. infectious diseases, fungal infections, allergies) that could affect the performance of the service.
The salon reserves the right to refuse service if carrying it out could endanger the health of the customer or staff.

6. Complaints and Service Guarantee
A 7-day guarantee is provided for all services performed.
The customer is obliged to submit a complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect, but no later than 7 days after the service has been provided.

Complaints will be assessed individually in accordance with Sections 1914 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (liability for defects).

The guarantee does not apply to mechanical damage caused by the customer or normal wear and tear.

7. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
After this period expires, the voucher becomes invalid without entitlement to compensation.

8. Personal Data Protection
Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and are used exclusively for booking and customer communication purposes.

9. Final Provisions
The salon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The current version is always available at the salon or on the website.
